Limitation of warranty

KLEVV will not be responsible for providing a repairing/replacement service if the product
has exceeded its duration of warranty, or the product defect is caused by any of the following factors:

Damage

Damage caused by natural
disaster, accident, improper
installation, or any inappropriate
or mishandling usage.

Authorization

The product has been
repaired or removed
by an unauthorized technician.

Conditions

Products used under an
insufficient or excessive
electricity supply, abnormal
mechanical or environmental
conditions.

Warranty label

The warranty label has been
changed, damaged, or is missing.

Unauthorized modification

Unauthorized modification of
SPD (DRAM) or firmware.
(SSD / USB Drives)

Serial number

The product serial number does
not match or is not clear enough
to identify.

Distributor

Products purchased from
unauthorized resellers.

Additional limitation of warranty

Any Warranty set forth herein shall NOT be applicable to any Essencore product when it is incorporated in, installed to, or used for continuously/consecutive recording devices such as a black box or CCTV.
Any Warranty set forth herein shall NOT be applicable to any Essencore product where breach of such Warranty could threaten injury or life, such as aviation, automotive, nuclear, medical or life support systems (or any other form of ultra-hazardous applications).
A customer or user of Essencore product shall be responsible for saving its own data for security of such data. In any case, Essencore shall NOT be responsible for loss of or damage to data recorded in Essencore product.

This Limited Warranty is for the repair or replacement of KLEVV products only.
KLEVV shall not be liable for any loss of data or costs arising from the determination
of the cause of the system problems related to the removal, service or installation of KLEVV products.

above terms and conditions. You may apply the RMA within the applicable warranty period.
The SSD is based on the TBW or Warranty period.

Disclaimer

The warranty KLEVV provides for KLEVV products is limited to the repair and inspection of in-warranty products, exclusive of data recovery and back up.
KLEVV shall not be liable for any damages and/or the loss of data stored in products. KLEVV shall in no event be liable for any defect, damage or data lost occurred
during the delivery of in-warranty products. Prior to claiming the warranty service, KLEVV recommends that you have a backup of your data and remove your data from the in-warranty products.
In no event shall KLEVV be liable under this statement for the loss of profit, loss of anticipated savings, loss of data, or indirect, incidental or consequential losses or damages to the extent
that those losses or damages can be disclaimed by law.
ESSENCORE reserves the right to determine warranty coverage.

KLEVV does not recommend applying the products to life support systems or other equipment which may
lead to personal injury or death if such equipment is defective or suffer a failure, including but not limited to medical or medical-related equipment,
military or military-related equipment, aircraft, traffic control equipment, disaster prevention systems, combustion control systems and nuclear energy systems.
KLEVV shall not be liable for any personal injury or death or any loss or damages to property arising from such kind of application.

This warranty is solely and entirely for the products and supersedes all other warranties and representations, whether verbal or written, between you and KLEVV. KLEVV makes no other warranties, including any warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, whether expressed or implied.

In the event that the law of a certain country/region stipulated a maximum warranty period on products, KLEVV will, in such a country/region, with respect to the products, provide technical support and the warranty service to local consumers in accordance with such stipulations.

In the event that the law of a certain country/region prohibits the exclusion of the implied warranty, KLEVV shall, in such a country/region, only be liable for the implied the warranty on the products during KLEVV’s expressed warranty period.
